Daisy Ramos began her career in the entertainment industry as an office manager of MTM, a talent agency in San Diego.  In addition to her office manager duties, she was also promoted to Promotions Director.  Daisy wore “both hats” and managed them proficiently.

After two years of carrying the load of two positions at MTM, Daisy decided to make a move from the administrative side of the business to become a talent scout for Pacific Coast Talent in San Diego, where she traveled the country scouting new faces for Hollywood.   This position was very exciting and challenging; however, after a two year period, Daisy and her husband Tony, became expectant parents.  Coincidentally, Kim Perez, made a phone call to Daisy to offer her the position as the “Agency Director”, of MTM.  This moment of impeccable timing lead Daisy back to her former place of employment, MTM, where a close friendship and working relationship developed with Kim Perez.  

Daisy gave birth to her daughter, Sophia, and quickly returned to her position at the agency. As time passed, Kim Perez and Daisy Ramos began to realize that it was time to create a new concept in the entertainment industry.  Daisy left her position to take a chance with Kim Perez in this new venture and they have been working side by side ever since.  Daisy is the Vice-President of XXI Century entertainment. She not only handles the administrative side of the business, but also “prays with clients and their families” to encourage them!

Kim Perez calls her “side kick”, Daisy, her “other half” and openly admits “Daisy has  gifts and talents that are completely opposite from mine, so it is the perfect team”!  “When tasks arise, we automatically know who is going to do what”! 

In keeping with the saying “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it”, Daisy will be acting as Vice- President of the Hollywood Angels.  Daisy welcomes this new opportunity to make a difference in the entertainment industry and looks forward to working for a non-profit organization, where programs will be funded by individuals and corporations and not the client.  “I will sleep better at night knowing that we can help others who are financially challenged, in the past, our hands were tied”!   -Daisy Ramos

Micheal Cushman, former President (two terms) of the West Coast Conference of Personal Managers, now known as the (Talent Managers Association), is also the President/Owner of MGC & Associates Talent Management and his new production company, Cushman Entertainment.

He is a graduate of King College, Bristol, Tennessee and Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana where he majored in Music and minored in Drama.  He is a forty year Entertainment Veteran who has spanned the arena of singing, acting, writing, directing and soon...producing.  He has worked with major stars such as John Forsyth, Jean Simmons, Sammy Davis Jr., Joan Rivers, Bobby Darin, The Beatles and many others.  He also starred in the Off Broadway Production of “Mame” and “Sweet Bird of Youth”.

Micheal Cushman is a highly respected, hard working, conscientious expert with an excellent eye for new and developed talent.  His personal approach and industry expertise help all levels of talent achieve the high esteem and career focus needed for successful career fulfillment.  He is and has been a major influence, support and driving force behind the many artists/talents he discovers, guides, grooms and develops.  His integrity and compassionate reputation as a Personal Manager is reflected and applauded by the clients he has escalated to various levels of recognition and success.

In conjunction with his managerial services, Mike is heavily involved with his Production Company working on his film projects, “True Majority”..a coming of age story; “Inside Out” based on a true story and his television pilot, “The Fifth Column”.

Mike and Kana Steinmeyer have been involved with evangelistic ministry for over seventeen years.  They joined Youth with a Mission in 1989, where they discipled over 400 youth. Mike and Kana also embarked on a journey in missionary service for over thirteen years.  Their three children, Jessica, Caleb, and Jael traveled with their parents to twenty-two nations!  Mike has ministered in thirty-two nations, including Korea, Japan, Figi, and Costa Rica.

Mike is a 1994 graduate of Oral Roberts University with a degree in Evangelism.

Mike and Kana have served on local Church staffs in Oklahoma, Kansas, Hawaii and Missouri as Children’s Pastors, Youth Pastors and Senior Pastors.  Mike and Kana’s last assignment was in Missouri where they served as staff Evangelists in a local church.

In 2004 the Steinmeyer family attended a XXI Century entertainment open call audition in Kansas City with their son, Caleb.  Caleb’s acting skills opened an invitation for the Steinmeyers to embark on a new journey in Hollywood.  The Steinmeyer family currently reside in Burbank, California, where Caleb and Jael are pursuing the entertainment industry and their older daughter Jessica is pursuing the production side of the business.

Mike and Kana Steinmeyer are currently heading up the XXI Century entertainment “Hollywood Angels” ministry, where they lead monthly prayer meetings in Burbank with models, actors, managers, etc.  This “market place” ministry is designed especially for members of the entertainment industry who are dealing with the struggles and temptations of Hollywood.
